The laws of the State of California and of the United States apply to the TOS and use of this Site. All disputes arising hereunder shall be fully and finally resolved in arbitration under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association, in accordance with their rules ("AAA Rules"). Any arbitration hearing will take place in San Francisco, California in front fo an arbitrator selected in accordance with the AAA Rules. All arbitral awards shall be final and not subject to appeal.
